
Take a handful of dried mulberries, put the rest in the pot and add the water.
Take it off the stove when it comes to boil.
Strain into a clean pot and remove the pulp.
Add sugar and stir until it melts.
Put it on the stove again and bring it to boil.
Add the dried mulberries and take the pot off the stove.
Let it cool for a while.
Add the rosewater on the cool compote and serve.

150 gr sugar
1 tablespoon of rosewater
