
Mix water, flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Then, add the fresh yeast into the mixture in small pieces.
Continued stirring to make the dough homogenous.
Let it ferment for 1 houe at room temperature.
After the fermentation, stir the dough and shape with help of a teaspoon and fried in hot oil.
Strain the oil and put the dough on a plate and add powdered sugar, then serve.
