Knead the dough with butter, oil, salt, yeast, water and flour, and leaven.
Grease the tray, take small pieces of the leavened dough, put them on the tray and press on them on to thin a little.
Dilute the knead and rub it on the dough.
Put in the hot oven and cook.

Half a glass of oil
5 and a half cups of flour
1 and a half cups of water (warm)
1 dessertspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of dry yeast
1/5 cup of yoghurt
2/5 cup of water
