Konya Tropical Butterfly Garden, which was opened by Selçuklu Municipality in 2015, has a total usage area of 7,600 square meters with a 3500 square meter excursion area. Butterfly Garden's 1,600 m² butterfly flight area is the largest butterfly flight area in Europe and one of the few in the world. Offering a natural habitat for various kinds of colorful butterflies from tropical countries, Konya Tropical Butterfly Garden also has approximately 20 thousand plants of 98 species, along with different animal species. In addition, there are children's playgrounds and the "Flower Garden", which is visited in the season, in the Valley.
