Cook the boned meat thoroughly in the pressure cooker.

When the meat comes to the consistency, scrape it off the bone.

Put the diced tandoor bread in a bowl.

Add a teaspoon of salt to the thinly sliced onion and wash it after rubbing thoroughly. Add these onions on the bread.

Grate the garlic or chop finely and add to diluted yoghurt.

Put the finely chopped tomato, pepper on top of the chopped onion.

Sprinkle sumac on the onion and put the meat separated from the bone on onions with sumac.

Finally, pour the broth over the material you prepared and add the salt. Sprinkle finely sliced parsley.

In some regions, it can be made by roasting the meat without adding tomatoes.

750 gr boned lamb meat

5 cups of water

3 loaves of tandoor bread

2 purple onions 

1 dessertspoon of sumac

1 tea glass of dry mint

1 garlic clove

300 gr strained yoghurt

2 tomatoes

2 green peppers

1 bunch of parsley
