Certain areas in Konya have been registered as 'National Parks' for the protection of nature, the survival and reproduction of plant and animal species. All kinds of natural and living beings are taken under protection here. Their care and feeding are done by the state. Among these are the Lake Beyşehir national park of 88.75 ha ; Çumra Fossil Juniper of 500 ha; Beyşehir Titrekkavak sites of 2500 ha can be counted. (B) type Akyokuş of  42 ha; (C) type Kızılören of 20 ha, Yakamanastırı of 3 ha, Yelken Tepe forest recreation ground of 6 ha and Kamışlı Çukur of 100 ha have a unique beauty.
