One day before, wash chickpeas, dry beans, wheat in seperate bowls and boil in a seperate pot and turn off the stove. Cover the pts and soak them in hot boiled water until the morning.

In the following day, strain the water and boil the chickpeas and beans in separate pots.

Take the wheat soaked in the evening in a large pot  (filter the water), add 3 liters of hot water and  cook for a about 30 minutes.

Add rice on it.

If necessary, you can add boiled water from time to time.

Add boiled  chickpeas and beans and boil for another 15 minutes and add salt. In a small pot, add half a tea glass of water over 10 pieces of cloves and bring to a boil.
