Peel the tomatoes for the stuffing.

Finely chop the onion, pepper, tomatoes and parsley.

Add the cracklings to the chopped ingredients.

Add the spices and mix. 

Add warm milk, yeast, sugar and a small amount of flour into the kneading bowl and mix.Wait for the yeast to activate for 10 minutes.

After waiting, add all the remaining ingredients except the flour.

Add the flour according to its consistency. Knead until it becomes a soft, lightly sticking dough.Leaven for 20 minutes.

Make palm-sized lumps of dough.

Spread the lumps in an oval shape, fill the stuffing and close the pastries.

Spread the egg yolk on them.

Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven.
