Recipe

Cut the white parts of the rose petals with scissors. Rub them with half of the sugar in a bowl. Leave it for 1 hour.

Boil the water with the remaining sugar and take it off the stove. Add the rose petals when it is warm. 

When cool, strain with a clean cloth and serve cold.

50 gr fragrant rose petals

150 gr sugar

5 cups of water
