The caravanserai, located in the bazaar in the town center of Ereğli, is a structure consisting of the main space of ten units covered with barrel vaults, an iwan on the right and left of the entrance iwan, a tabhane and an open courtyard that does not exist today. Only two entrances to the east and west remained of the open courtyard. The eastern entrance is called the Baghdad Gate, and the western one is called the Konya Gate.
