
Knead the dough in a non-sticking consistency and divide it into lumps.
Roll out each one as thin as possible.
Leaven first with flour, then with starch.
Put the mixture of cream and melted oil on the round part of the lump and fold it to form a rose shape.
Lay them in the tray and spread the oil.
Bake at 200 degrees.
Note:Sacarası means "between iron plates" in Turkish. It is named after this traditional cooking method.
