
Seyyid Harun Mosque is the core and main structure of the Sayyid Harun Veli Complex located in the south of the city. The Complex is one of the first places that everyone visiting Seydişehir, local and foreign, would like to see. The actual year of the mosque's construction is unknown because its inscription has not survived, however the manuscript Makalat, written by the descendants of Seyyid Harun Veli, suggests that it was erected between 1302-1320.
