Recipe

Roast the meat until tender.

Add butter, onion and pepper and fry. Then, add the tomato and add the tomato paste and fry.   -

Add boiled chickpeas on top.

Chop the pumpkins and put them in the pot.

Put the sour grape as a whole.

Add salt and cook over low heat for half an hour.

Ingredients

2 tea glasses of lamb

1 tea glass of boiled chickpeas 

1 large-sized onion 

2 gourds 

1 bunch of grapes or lemon

1 tablespoon of tomato paste 

1-2 tablespoons of butter 

1 raw tomato

1 pepper

1 teaspoon of salt

Optionally purple basil
