Located within the borders of Kuzukulagi Highland of Keçili the cave is among the unique highlands of the Taurus Mountains. It is located on the tourism road, at a point where domestic and foreign tourists can easily reach it, especially in the spring and summer months. The Tınaztepe Caves were first discovered and documented by the French Scientist, Dr Michel Bakalowicz, in 1968.
