It is within the borders of Karatay, Selçuklu and Altınekin districts of Konya province. It has an area of 59,296 hectares. It was registered in 1967. 3,515 hectares of the site is surrounded by wire mesh fence. Currently, there are around 678 wild sheep at the site.
