
There is an old double bath to the northwest of the Tavus Baba Tomb in the Meram Vineyards region, in the Yorgancı Neighborhood, on the south slope of the historical stone bridge across the Meram Stream. It is popularly known as Meram Bath. According to its inscription displayed in the Ince Minare Stone and Wooden Works Museum, it was built in 1424 by a philanthropist named Hacı Hasbeyoğlu Mehmet, during the reign of Karamanoğlu İbrahim Bey II. Meram Bath, a masterpiece of the Principalities period, is also known as Hasbey Bath because of its patron.
