An entirely brick building is found to the east of Alaeddin Hill. İplikçi Mosque is an intriguing edifice with an interesting design and fascinating stories. The building stands 1.5 meters below the road level due to the fact that this street, where the tram line going between Alaeddin and Courthouse passes, was filled over time.
