At the foot of the Taurus Mountains, to the west of Hadim district center, just outside the city, there is the famous Temriye Spring, as called by the locals. The fountain, which has a simple pool made of rubble stone, flows into the pool from two nozzles made in the area where water emerges from the surface.

It is rumored that the water of the spring is a source of healing for skin diseases, which are known as terme, temreği or temriye (tetter) among the people. For this reason, the name of the spring, whose healing power is proven by experience for hundreds of years, has gained fame as the Temriye (Tetter) Spring.
